Options. Orthodontics has come a long way in the past decade, and the orthodontists at Duncan Orthodontics have the expertise to give you the treatment you desire. There are metal braces, colored braces, and clear braces.
There are Damon braces, which may reduce the need for extractions, and In-Ovation braces which may reduce treatment times. And Invisalign™ recently released a product called Invisalign Teen™ which allows us to effectively treat teenagers with clear, comfortable, and removable aligners. Invisalign Teen™ makes the old train tracks jokes a thing of the past!
Invisalign Teen™ has health benefits too, because you can brush normally as you can remove the aligners for brushing and eating. Plus there are other less common braces complications which may be less of a concern. Although meaningful research is still to be completed, early indications are that things like root resorption (loss of root length) and loss of vitality (death of a tooth nerve) may far less of an issue.
But with all the good things about Invisalign Teen™, if you don't wear them they don't work. So have you have to be committed to wearing them 22 hours every day! Although the majority of Dr Duncan's patients are treated with the Invisalign system, not all cases are suitable.
Affordable. We want to make orthodontics as affordable as possible. During your initial consultation, we will discuss the various payment methods and financing plans we have available. We have a special Invisalign Teen payment plan for $75 a week over a 2 year period.
